摘要
目的探讨限食疗法结合康复运动在糖尿病伴冠心病患者中的应用效果.方法选择2019年2月—2020年11月该院收治的98例糖尿病伴冠心病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组49例.对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用限食疗法结合康复运动干预,持续干预2个月.对比两组患者的糖脂代谢及心功能水平.结果干预后,两组的各项糖脂代谢水平均低于干预前,且观察组的各项糖脂代谢水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,两组的各项心功能指标均优于干预前,且观察组的LVEF水平高于对照组,LVEDD康复低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论限食疗法结合康复运动能够改善糖尿病伴冠心病患者的糖脂代谢指标水平,有利于心功能的恢复.
Objective To explore the application effect of food restriction therapy combined with rehabilitation exercise in patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease.Methods The 98 patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,each with 49 cases.The control group used conventional care,and the observation group used food restriction therapy combined with rehabilitation exercise intervention on the basis of the control group,and both groups continued the intervention for 2 months.The glycolipid metabolism and cardiac function levels of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the glycolipid metabolism levels of both groups were lower than before the intervention,and the glycolipid metabolism levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the cardiac function indexes of both groups were better than those before the intervention,and the LVEF level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the LVEDD level was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Food restriction therapy combined with rehabilitation exercises can improve the level of glucolipid metabolic indexes in patients with diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease and facilitate the recovery of cardiac function.
