富亮氨酸α2糖蛋白1在神经系统中的研究进展

摘要 富亮氨酸α2糖蛋白1（leucine-richα2-glycoprotein 1,LRG1）,1977年,从人血清中分离出,其氨基酸序列在1985年被确定,是富亮氨酸重复家族中的一员,它包括八个富亮氨酸重复序列（leucine-rich repeat,LRR）,LRG1基因定位于染色体19p13.3,编码347个氨基酸,预测分子量为38kD,LRG1的成熟形式是一种分泌蛋白,含有312个氨基酸,实验确定分子量为45kD。已经有研究表明.
