荧光定量聚合酶链式反应法在常见食源性致病细菌检测中的应用价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的探究荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)法在常见食源性致病细菌检测中的应用价值。方法将菌株及样品经培养基增菌后,分别采用荧光定量PCR和常规的细菌培养检测致病菌,比较两组检出情况。结果 720个样品,采用细菌培养方法检测出了沙门氏菌、单核细胞增生性李斯特菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及副溶血性弧菌等几种常见致病菌;细菌培养法与荧光定量PCR法对致病菌的阳性检出率分别为11.94%和12.50%,差异无统计学意义(>0.05),在不同种类食品中两种方法的检出率差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论荧光定量PCR检测应用于食源性致病菌检测,检测速度快,准确性高。
