摘要
目的:加强医学影像专业学生培养,树立专业品牌,提升就业质量水平。方法:分析就业形势与高等教育的普遍规律和市场形势的规律性,正确树立专业的就业意识,不断加强学生培养和学科建设,将品牌和自我特色建设有效地结合在一起,以此提升毕业生的就业市场品牌效应与就业质量水平。结果:据资料调查显示,近几年来该专业的就业率相对较高,且毕业生大多到南方的沿海地区和大城市,受到了用人单位、各大医院的欢迎和一致好评。结论:医学影像专业是学院主打专业,也是品牌特色专业,在面对扩招形势下的局势中,研究保证影像学专业质量的有关措施,促成毕业生的就业理想,提升就业质量水平,最终巩固和推广专业品牌。
Objective: To strengthen the cultivation for students of medical imaging specialty, and establish professional brand, enhance the quality of employment. Methods: This study analyzed the universal rule of employment situation and higher education, and the regularity of employment market situation, and then correctly established the professional employment consciousness for students. At the same time, the study constantly strengthen cultivation of students and construction of subject, and effectively combined the brand with self characteristic construction so as to enhance the brand effect and employment quality of graduates in employment market. Results: The results of relevant investigation revealed that the employment rate of medical imaging was relative higher than that of other specialty. The most of graduates worked in southern coastal region and big cities, and they have obtained welcome and unanimous praise from different employer and hospital. Conclusion: Medical imaging is main and brand characteristic specialty of medical college. Face to the situation of college expansion of enrollment, this study researches relative measurement for ensuring the quality of imaging specialty so as to facilitate employment ideal of graduates, enhance quality of employment, in finally, to consolidate and popularize brand of specialty.
