摘要
随着职业教育高层次的发展要求,中职应用型本科3+4有机衔接培养成为了一种新型的教育模式,从中职到本科的过渡,不仅培养了高素质高技能的应用型人才,同时也是我国高等教育体制的又一种改革和创新。本文阐述了中职应用型本科3+4有机衔接的必要性,分析了中职应用型本科衔接中存在的问题,从而提出优化和创新中职应用型本科3+4有机衔接培养的对策。
With the requirement for higher level vacational education development, the 3＋4 organic link model of secondary vacational applied talents training has become a new type of educational model. Transitting from sec-ondary vacational education to undergraduate education can not only cultivate applied talents with high quality and high skills. Whats more,it is also a reform and innovation of Chinese higher education mechanism. This paper elabo-rates the necessity of 3 ＋ 4 organic link model of secondary vacational applied undergraduate, analyzes the problems existed in it and puts forward countermeasures to it.
