摘要
目的探讨激素联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法方便选取2014年8月—2016年8月该院收治的122例带状疱疹患者为观察目标,根据随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组与治疗组,各61例。对照组患者给予伐昔洛韦治疗,观察组患者给予伐昔洛韦联合激素治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、止疱时间、止痛时间、皮损结痂时间、皮损消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率98.4%,止疱时间(2.2±0.9)d,止痛时间(2.0±1.0)d,皮损结痂时间(3.0±1.1)d,皮损消失时间(9.6±3.0)d,同对照组患者的88.5%、(3.2±1.0)d、(4.6±1.5)d、(4.5±1.7)d、(15.8±3.7)d进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患者的不良反应发生率(6.6%vs 8.2%)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论激素联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床效果确切,安全性高,值得临床全面应用与推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hormone combined with valaciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods 122 cases of herpes zoster patients in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the observation target,according to the random number table method was divided into two groups,namely,control group and treatment group,each of 61 cases.The control group were treated with valaciclovir treatment,observation group were treated with valaciclovir combined hormone therapy,clinical observation and comparison of two groups of patients with herpes stopping time,pain time,skin scab,skin lesions disappeared time and drug adverse reactions.Results The total efficiency of the observation group 98.4%,the cessation time(2.2±0.9)d,pain time(2.0±1.0)d,skin crusting time(3.0±1.1)d,the lesions disappeared time(9.6±3.0)d,with 88.5% patients in the control group,(3.2±1.0)d,(4.6±1.5)d,(4.5±1.7)d,(15.8±3.7)d were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05) between the observation group and the control group in the incidence of adverse reactions(6.6% vs 8.2%).Conclusion The clinical effect of hormone combined with valaciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster is effective,high safety,worthy of clinical application and promotion of comprehensive.
