摘要
目的:探讨阿昔洛韦联合中药治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:将在本院治疗的带状疱疹患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规抗病毒治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予阿昔洛韦联合中药治疗。结果:观察组患者止疱时间、结痂时间、止痛时间及痊愈时间明显短于对照组,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为70.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:阿昔洛韦联合中药治疗带状疱疹疗效显著,毒副作用少,值得临床应用。
Objective：To investigate the effect of acyclovir combined with Chinese herbal drugs in treating herpes zoster. Methods：The 60 patients with herpes zoster were divided into the observe group and the control group. The control group received the treatment of normal contra-viruses therapeutic measure,and the observe group received the treatment of acyclovir combined with Chinese herbal drugs. Results：The time of stopping vesication,incrustation,analgesia and recovery in the observe group after treatment were superior to those in control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observe group and 70.00% in the control group,and there was significant difference （ P〈0.05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion：The effect of acyclovir combined with Chinese herbal drugs in treating herpes zoster is obvious and the side reaction is fewer,so they are worth being used widely.
