摘要
目的探讨肿瘤晚期患者疼痛规范管理的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月间首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院收治的118例肿瘤晚期疼痛患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组59例。观察组患者实施疼痛规范管理,对照组患者实施常规疼痛管理,于护理干预前后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,比较两组患者疼痛缓解情况及护理满意度。结果护理干预后,两组患者VAS评分降低,且观察组患者VAS评分为(3.8±0.7)分,低于对照组患者的(5.4±1.0)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度(96.6%)高于对照组患者(78.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛规范管理可减轻肿瘤晚期疼痛患者的癌痛,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of standardized pain management in pa- tients with advanced cancer pain. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with advanced cancer pain were selected at Beijing Shijitan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2015 to Janu- ary 2016. Patients were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table meth- od with 59 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group standardized management and patients in the control group received routine management. Visual analogue scale （VAS） was used to compare pain relief and nursing satisfaction between the two groups before and after nursing intervention. Results After nursing intervention, VAS score decreased in two groups. VAS score was lower in the observation group （ 3.8 ± 0. 7 ） than in the control group （ 5.4± 1.0） （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Nursing satisfaction was better in ob- servation group （96. 6% ） than in the control group （ 78.0% ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Standardized pain management can relieve cancer pain improve nursing satisfaction in patients with advanced cancer.
