摘要
目的分析个性化疼痛护理干预对晚期肺癌患者心理状态及生活质量的影响.方法选取2021年1月-2022年3月期间我院接诊的90例晚期肺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个性化疼痛护理干预,观察比较两组疼痛(NRS)评分、心理状况、护理满意度、生活质量水平.结果护理后,2组患者NRS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,2组焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度100.00%高于对照组88.00%(P<0.05);护理后,2组生活质量评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).结论晚期肺癌接受个性化疼痛护理干预,可显著降低疼痛、SDS以及SAS评分,提高患者生活质量水平和护理满意度,具有较高的临床护理价值,值得临床加以应用.
Objective To analyze the effect of individualized pain nursing intervention on psychological status and quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients with advanced lung cancer from January to March 2022 were randomly 2021 into control group and Observation Group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given individualized pain nursing intervention,and the NRS score,psychological status,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After Nursing,the scores of NRS in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)The satisfaction degree of 100.00%in the Observation Group was higher than that of 88.00%in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of quality of life in both groups were higher after nursing than before nursing,and the Observation Group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized nursing intervention for patients with advanced lung cancer can significantly reduce the scores of pain,SDS and SAS,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and has high clinical nursing value,it is worthy of clinical application.
