摘要
旅游发展过程中历史文化街区保护中的治理是一个重要议题。以皇城历史文化街区为例,基于旅游发展与历史文化街区政府治理中的不足,提出网络治理的目标原则及网络治理模式的构建,并从网络治理模式的结构和网络治理的运行机制及治理建议两个方面分析了网络治理模式。
Governance is an important issue in the protection and tourism development of historical and cultural communities. Taking the historical and cultural blocks of imperial city in Beijing as a ease, the paper, directing against the deficiencies of government governance, put forward the target principles and constructs a mode of reticular governance of the tourism development. Later, the paper analyzed the structure and the operation mechanism of the reticular governance mode and ended with some suggestions to the mode.
