摘要
从历史街区旅游利用的初始态度、观念、原则等入手,对旅游利用中的效益取向、利益平衡、政府与市场角色、保护更新模式、旅游利用规模及类型、利用隔离控制等方面进行深入的理论研究和探讨,揭示了历史街区旅游利用中应遵循的基本观念、态度和原则,并提出历史街区保护和旅游利用的理念框架模型,为历史街区保护和旅游利用提供参考。
Through the analysis on original attitudes, planning concepts, and development principles, this paper carries out an in-depth theoretical study and exploration, on the value orientation, interest balance between stakeholders, roles of government and market, pattern of protection and regeneration, scale and type of tourism utilization, and isolation and control of resource amid the tourism utilization. It reveals the basic viewpoints, attitudes, and principles that should be followed in the tourism utilization and proposes the theoretical framework for balancing the historic protection and tourism development, which can be used for reference for the effective historic district protection and scientific tourism utilization.
