摘要
针对阀板精冲级进模工作过程中出现的偏载情况,提出采用电涡流位移传感器测量方法,该方法分别在凹模和导向板的两端安装传感器,检测2个传感器的位移差,根据位移差的大小值判断模具零件的偏载情况。试验结果表明,该方法可以准确测量凹模和导向板两端的位移,并计算出偏载严重时刻的变形量,为模具设计及平衡方案提供参考。
Aiming at the eccentric load in the process of the fine blanking progressive die for valve plates, a measurement method that used the eddy current displacement transducer was proposed. The sensors were installed on two ends of the matrix and the guide plate, and the displacement difference of two sensors was detected. The eccentric load of die parts was judged based on the displacement difference. The experiment result showed that the displacement of the matrix and the guide plate were measured exactly by using the method and the deformation at the most serious eccentric load moment was calculated. It could provide reference for the die design and balance scheme.
