lncRNA在调控膀胱癌上皮-间质转化中作用的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 随着二代测序技术的广泛应用和基因层面上肿瘤学研究的深入,曾被低估的长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)被揭示参与调节恶性肿瘤细胞的上皮-间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)。EMT是指上皮细胞通过特定的程序转化为具有间质表型细胞的生物学过程,在恶性肿瘤的浸润和转移中发挥重要作用。本文就lncRNA参与调控膀胱癌EMT的机制作一综述。
