摘要
新生代农民工作为推动我国工业化和城镇化发展的重要群体,其职业幸福感是其融入城市体验存在价值的重要表征。以情感体验、认知评价和自我发展为职业幸福感的内容维度,以经济生活、政治参与和社会交往为自变量设计调查问卷,面向合肥市400名新生代农民工开展调查,运用SPSS分析软件,了解新生代农民工职业幸福感的现状,并提出从改革户籍制度,打破城乡二元体制,创新子女教育制度,满足新生代农民工子女的受教育权利,完善社会保障制度,降低生活风险以及提高受教育水平、完善职业技能培训等方面来提升新生代农民工的职业幸福感。
The new generation of migrant workers as an important group to promote China's industrialization and urbanization,their occupational happiness represent the value of their city experience.Take the emotional experience,cognitive appraisal and ego development as dimension of occupational happiness,the economic life,political participation and social interaction as the independent variable to design the questionnaire survey,400 new generation peasant workers in Hefei were surveyed.The use of SPSS analysis software to explore the new generation of migrant workers' career sense of happiness,and reform of the household registration system to break the urban and rural dual system,innovative children's education system to meet the new generation of migrant workers children's education rights,improve the social security system,reduce the risk of life and improve the level of education,improve vocational skills and other aspects to enhance the new generation of migrant workers' occupational happiness.
