异步联网后AGC超调引起频率波动的问题分析 被引量:20

摘要 云南电网与南方主网异步联网运行后,先后多次出现了自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)超调引起的电网频率波动现象。针对这种情况,分析了异步联网后云南电网AGC的配置,研究了AGC超调引起频率波动的机理,并对典型的频率波动实例进行分析,提出调整AGC的调频模式和比例–积分环节比例增益的措施。在云南电网中进行了试验,结果表明所提措施具有良好的可行性,可有效避免AGC超调引起的频率波动问题。 After asynchronously interconnecting with the main grid of CSG, power frequency fluctuation caused by automa-tion generation control (AGC) repeatedly occurred in Yunnan power grid. In allusion to this situation, this paper analyzes configuration of AGC of Yunan power grid after its asynchronous interconnection, studies mechanism of AGC overshoot causing frequency fluctuation, analyzes typical actual frequency fluctuation examples and presents measures of adjusting AGC frequency regulating mode and proportional gain in proportional-integral link. By means of experiments in Yunnan power grid, it proves good feasibility of proposed measures.
