摘要
异步联网后云南电网作为小负荷、大送出的多直流送端电网,频率稳定问题成为威胁电网安全运行的主要风险。研究了负荷模型、调速器参数对频率稳定性的影响,提出适应异步联网后多直流外送的送端电网高频切机协调配置原则,通过时域仿真对比分析了4种高频切机备选方案的适应性,提出了适应异步联网运行要求的送端电网高频切机方案。
Frequency stability will become the main security risk of Yunnan Power Grid as multi-DC sending end with small load and large sending-power after the asynchronous interconnection with CSG. The influences of load model and governor parameters on fre-quency characteristics are investgated. The principle of coordination and optimization of over-requency generator tripping are proposed. Based on the simulation and analysis of 4 alternative schemes,the over-frequency generator tripping scheme is proposed for Yunnan Power Grid to meet the requirements of asynchronous interconnection.
