摘要
目的探讨企业医院改制十年绩效情况。方法采用秩和比法对某三级甲等医院2005—2014年绩效指标进行综合评价。结果 2005年改制初期比较低迷,2006、2007年略有起色;2008年增幅显著,并逐年呈稳步上升的态势。2014年达到历史最好水平。结论用秩和比法评价医院管理绩效,方法科学,表达直观,在医院管理中有一定的实用价值。
Objective To study the performance indicators after reorganization for 10 Years in enterprise hospital. Methods The performance indices from 2005 to 2014 of a Class One Grade A hospital was evaluated by rank sum ratio. Re-sults The reform was in the doldrums in 20 05 , improved slightly in 2006 and 20 07 , increased significantly and steadily in 2008, reached the best in 2014. Conclusion Evaluating the performance of hospital management with rank sum ratio is sci-entific and clear , which has certain practical value.
