摘要
近年来,为了响应国家超低排放的号召,湿式电除尘器在燃煤电厂、大中型工业锅炉中得到了大范围的应用。目前市场主导的湿式电除尘技术主要为玻璃钢管式和金属板式,两者工作原理类似,但在系统组成、结构布置、材质选用方面各具特色。从多个角度对两种湿电技术进行对比分析,总结出两种湿式电除尘器各自的优缺点,并指出二者在技术、性能等方面存在的差异。
In recent years, in order to respond to the call of national ultra-low emission, wet electrostatic precipitator has been widely used in coal-fired power plants and large and medium-sized industrial boilers. At present, the market-led wet dust removal technology is mainly for the glass pipe and metal plate, the two working principle is similar, but in the system composition, structure,material selection has its own characteristics. The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two wet electric precipitators from two angles, and points out the differences in technology and performance.
