摘要 静电除尘器具有处理烟气量大、除尘效率高、适用范围广、设备阻力低、使用简单可靠、运行维护费用低且无二次污染等优点,在工业粉尘治理领域应用广泛。电极作为静电除尘器的核心部件之一对除尘效率有重要影响:电极的几何形状、极距等因素影响电场及流场特性,电场特性(电晕场强、空间电荷密度等)则决定了粉尘颗粒的荷电和捕集能力,而粉尘颗粒的荷电和捕集能力正是衡量电除尘器效率高低的关键性因素。本文对近年来为提高静电除尘器的除尘效率而在极板上所做的研究工作,以及电极技术的研究进展等方面进行了概述。 The Electrostatic Precipitator(ESP) are widely used in various industries fields due toits big treatment capacity, high removal efficiency, wide application range, low equipment resistance, more simple and reliability, low operating and maintenance cost, no secondary pollution, etc. The electrode, as the core component of the ESP, plays significant inffluence on the dust removal efficiency. Geometry and distance of the electrodes could affect the characteristics of electric field and flow field, and the electric field characteristic ( corona field intensity, space charge intensity) could determine the efficiency of dust trapping and charging, for which it is the critical factor tobalance the dust removal efficiency of ESP. In this work, the research progress of electrode technology and improving the removal efficiency of ESP have been reviewed in recent years.
