摘要
结合工业厂房搬迁(利旧)工程实例,考虑原厂房和被拆下的构件都要利用,导致整个拆除过程在受限空间中进行。根据其自身的特点,通过厂房加固、构件拆除滑移、运输支架等关键技术的研发及应用,成功地完成了超大型吊车梁在空间、场地均受限的情况下的保护性拆除搬迁施工。
Considerning the rease of the original factory and removed members an example of relocation project’s demolition process was conducted in limited space. According to their own characteristics, through the building reinforcement technology,slip demolition of the members was completed successfully,transportation support technology and so on,the protective demolition for super large crane beam under the condition of the limited space was completed successfully.
