烟气脱硫浆液间接排放的环保风险分析及应对措施

摘要 结合国内氨法烟气脱硫装置和钙法烟气脱硫装置的实际运行情况,分析了采用倾倒、晾晒和掩埋等方式间接排放烟气脱硫浆液存在严重的污染农田、土壤、河流、地下水和空气等风险,指出关键设备故障和脱硫浆液结晶差是导致其间接排放的主要原因,并提出了减少和消除关键设备故障、改善硫酸铵和硫石膏结晶的应对措施,以杜绝排放脱硫浆液,化解环保风险。 Based on the actual operation of the domestic ammonia process flue gas desulfurization and calcium process flue gas desulfurization,an analysis of the risks is provided including serious pollution of farmland,soil,rivers,ground water,and air,by indirect discharge of flue gas desulfurization slurry through dumping,drying and burying,etc. It is pointed out that the key equipment failure and poor crystallization of desulfurization slurry are the main reasons leading to its indirect discharge,and the countermeasures are proposed to reduce and eliminate key equipment failure,improve the crystallization of ammonium sulfate and gypsum in order to prevent the release of desulfurization slurry,and mitigate the environmental risk.
