摘要 采用等离子喷涂工艺在轴承外圈上喷涂Al_2O_3陶瓷绝缘涂层,对涂层厚度、微观结构、孔隙率及绝缘性能进行检测,结果表明:等离子喷涂Al_2O_3陶瓷涂层结构中存在一定数量的孔隙,不同喷涂工艺参数下,孔隙率在1%~8%之间;孔隙率对涂层的绝缘性能影响较大。 The AI203 ceramic insulation coatings are prepared by plasma spraying process on outer rings of bearings, and the thickness of coatings, microstructure, porosity and insulation performance are analyzed. The results show that the structure of A1203 ceramic coatings by plasma spraying has a certain amount of porosity. The porosity is 1% - 8% under different spraying parameters, which has great influence on insulation performance of coatings.
