摘要
在查阅了国内外大量处于海洋大气区与浪溅区的大型钢结构防腐蚀措施以及相关防腐蚀规范与规定的基础上,通过盐雾与间浸加速腐蚀试验,研究了6类喷金属加涂层封闭保护防腐蚀涂层的耐蚀性能,估算了复合防腐蚀涂层的使用年限,为琼州海峡铁路栈桥钢梁长效防腐蚀涂层的设计提供了依据。
Based on consultation of lots of corrosion-proof measures and related codes and specifications for huge steel structures in marine atmosphere and wave splash zones at home and abroad, and through salt spray and accelerated alternate immersion tests, the corrosion-proof performance of six kinds of combined protection of metal spraying plus paint coatings are studied, and the service life of the protection is estimated. The results of test study provide the design basis for the long-term protective coatings for steel girders of the Railway Trestle Bridge over Qiongzhou Straits.
