不同保鲜剂对柑橘果实贮藏品质的影响 被引量:16

摘要 以纽荷尔脐橙、奉节72-1脐橙、夏橙3种柑橘果实为研究对象,分别在复合有2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D)的壳寡糖、"活力鲜"保鲜剂、膜醭毕赤酵母(Pichia membranaefaciens)以及低剂量多菌灵+膜醭毕赤酵母4种处理液中浸泡后,晾干套袋,室温、低温(5℃)下贮藏,观察发病和品质变化情况。结果表明,与对照相比,各保鲜剂处理对柑橘果实都有不同程度的病害控制效果,其中"活力鲜"保鲜剂复合2,4-D处理效果最佳;多菌灵复合膜醭毕赤酵母和2,4-D处理的保鲜效果优于膜醭毕赤酵母复合2,4-D处理;各保鲜剂处理对果实可溶性固形物(Total Soluble Solid,TSS)、可滴定酸(Titratable Acid,TA)含量无明显影响;低温可显著延缓果实TSS含量、TA含量和重量的降低。 It was conducted to evaluate the effects of different pre- servative treatments on the quality of three cultivars of citrus fruits, i.e. ' Newhall' navel orange, Fengjie 72-1 navel orange and Valencia orange, during the storage in this study. Four treatment solutions were prepared by using 2,4-1) (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetie acid) com posite chitosan oligosaccharide, " Huolixian" commercial fungicides, Pichia membranaefaciens and low dose carbendazim with Pichia membranaefaciens, respectively. Citrus fruits were soaked in each treatment solution, then dried and bagged. Then the citrus fruits were stored at room temperature or low temperature (5 ℃), and the disease incidence and quality changes were monitored. The results suggested that all treatments had different effects on disease control of citrus fruits compared with the control, the "Huolixian" commer-cial fungicides in combination with 2,4 D was the best; the preserva tion effect of low dose carbendazim in combination with Pichia mem- branaefizeiens and 2,4-D was better than Pichia memhranaefaciens in combination with 2,4 D; the preservation effect of the chitosan ol- igosaccharide in combination with 2,4 D was better under the low temperature compared with room temperature storage. Each treatment had no significant effect on soluble solids (TSS) and titrat able acid (TA) content of citrus fruits, However, low temperature could significantly delay the decrease of TSS content, TA content and fruit weight, compared with room temperature.
