摘要
将学习导向和网络外溢作为内生及外生权变因素运用到开放式企业绩效机制研究当中,探讨其在两类开放式创新模式与企业绩效关系中所起的调节机制。通过中国211家企业样本的实证检验发现:(1)两类开放式创新均对企业绩效具有积极作用,外向型创新在内向型创新与企业绩效关系中起到正向调节作用;(2)学习导向及网络外溢在开放式创新与企业绩效的关系中均具有正向调节作用。研究结论是对现有开放式创新理论研究的拓展和延伸,为开放式创新在中国的发展和应用提供参考。
Based on Chesbrough's open innovation model and literature review, this study introduces learning o- rientation and network spillovers into the field of open innovation, and explores their moderated roles between open innovation and firm performance. 2ll high-tech firms are used as research samples to test the hypothesis and it is found that : ( 1 ) open innovation has a positive effect on firm performance, and outbound open innova- tion moderates the relationship between inbound open innovation and firm performance; (2) both learning orien- tation and network spillovers moderate the relationship between open innovation and firm performance. These conclusions have important implications for the development and application of open innovation theory.
