摘要
企业管理的核心是人,现代企业把人力资源看作是重要"资本"和宝贵"资源",而人力资源必然会在使用过程中产生一定的成本,即人力资源成本。以人力资源成本为基础,以人力资源管理和企业管理为进一步的拓展和延伸,对人力资源成本的含义、构成和如何进行有效控制等几方面进行了初步的探讨,以期为企业管理服务,从而达到提高企业竞争力的目的。
The essence of entrepreneurial management is human resource, and the human resource is treated as important ＂capital＂ and valuable resource. During the process of utilizing human resource, cost and expense will occur as human resource cost. In the paper, further discussion was made with aspect of concept, structure and effective control of human resource cost, while extending human resource management and entrepreneurial management. The discussion will be helpful for improvement of entrepreneurial management and enhancement of competitiveness.
