摘要
建立气相色谱测定小儿奇应丸中冰片含量的方法.毛细管气相色谱柱为DB-WAX毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),色谱柱温度为140℃,进样口温度为200℃,检测器温度为200℃,载气为氮气,分流比为50∶1,流量为1.0 m L·min^(-1).在该实验条件下,样品中的冰片能很好的分离,冰片在0.02~1.8μg范围内成良好的线性关系(r2=0.998 5,n=11),加样回收率为99.78%(RSD=0.93%,n=6).该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,准确度好,可为小儿奇应丸的质量标准提供理论依据.
To establish a method for determining borneolcontent in Xiaoerqiying pills. GC was performed on an DB-WAX column ( 30 m × 0. 32 mm × 0. 25 μm ). The column temperature was 140 ℃, The injector temperature was 200 ℃ , and the FID detector temperature was 200 ℃. The carrier gas was nitrogen, the split ratio was 50:1 ,and the N2 speed was 1.0 mL ~ rain-1. The components exhibit an excellent separability and the borneol have an good linearity in the rang of 0.02 ~ 1.8 μg(r2 =0. 998 5 ,n=11 ) ,with a mean recovery of borneol as high as 99.78% ( RSD =0.93% ,n =6). The method is simple,accurate and sensitive and able to determine of borneol in Xiaoerqiying pills.
