摘要
目的建立同时测定小儿奇应丸中二硫化二砷和硫化汞含量的方法。方法用微波消解技术-原子荧光光谱法测定小儿奇应丸中总砷、总汞的含量,按照As与As2S2、Hg与HgS的分子量转换计算得出二硫化二砷和硫化汞的含量。结果砷在2~20ng.mL-1、汞在2~10ng.mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系。测得总砷的平均回收率为98.15%,RSD为2.42%;总汞的平均回收率为97.92%,RSD为2.00%。结论本方法可靠、准确、专属性强,可作为小儿奇应丸质量控制的方法。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in Xiaoerqiying pills.Methods The content of arsenic disulfide and mercury sulfide was determined by Microwave Digested-Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy.Results The linear range of As was 2~20ng·mL-1.The average recovery was 98.15% with RSD 2.42%.The linear range of Hg was 2~10ng·mL-1 The average recovery was 97.92% with RSD 2.00%.Conclusion The methods are stable and reliable which can be used in determination of arsenic and mercury in Xiaoerqiying Pills.
