摘要
利用精密的量热计系统地测定了白糖、冰糖和红糖的燃烧热,运用Origin数据处理软件并结合雷诺温度校正法得到ΔT,结果表明白糖燃烧时放出的热量最高,冰糖次之,红糖燃烧时放出的热量最少.此法准确、简便,具有一定的实际意义.
In this paper, the combustion heat of white sugar, crystal sugar and brown sugar is measured by using the calorimeter. The data processing is carried out through Origin software and AT value is obtained by Reynolds temperature correction method. The results show that the combustion heat value of white sugar is maximum and brown sugar minimum. This method is accurate, simple and has certain practical significance.
