完善吉林省科技金融风险控制机制的建议——基于金融机构视角 被引量:4

摘要 吉林省在科技金融风险控制中存在诸如科技金融风险控制运作模式不成熟、风险投资发展滞后、政策支持力度不足、科技保险发展缓慢、专业科技保险公司依然空白等一系列问题。由于科技金融风险是各类金融机构在为科技型企业提供金融服务时所产生的风险,因此,作为吉林省科技金融风险控制中至关重要的主体——金融机构必须不断加强自身建设,提高科技银行风险管理能力,充分发挥保险公司的科技金融风险保障功能和风险投资的分担作用,多方面着力完善吉林省金融机构的科技金融风险控制机制。 At present,Jilin province have problems on science and technology finance risk control such as financial risk control mode of operation is not mature,the innovation is need,risk investment policy lag,lack of support,the slow development of science and technology insurance,professional technology insurance company is still blank and a series of problems need to be solved urgently.Because the financial risk is the risk of all kinds of financial institutions produced in the science and technology enterprises to provide financial services for the result,as the main body of critical technology financial risk control in Jilin Province,financial institutions must strengthen its own construction,not only need to improve the ability of bank technology risk management,but also give full play to the role of science and technology to share the financial risk protection function and the investment risk of the insurance company,perfect the financial institutions in Jilin province science and technology financial risk control mechanism in many aspects.
