摘要
近年来,随着国家科技兴国战略的实施,吉林省的科技金融得到了较大的发展,但仍处于起步阶段。2009—2014年,吉林省科技金融的衡量科技活动投入和产出水平等诸多指标均位居全国中下游。吉林省科技金融发展存在投入、激励机制不足,融资渠道过于单一,缺乏完善的科技金融支撑体系等一系列问题,应通过建立有效的科技金融发展激励机制,深化金融市场改革,健全公共服务平台等措施,推动吉林省科技金融健康快速发展。
In recent years, with the implementation of the strategy of national science and technology, technology and finance in Jilin Province has also made considerable development, but still in the initial stage.From 2009 to 2014, many indexes which are used to measure science and technology activities input and output levels were in the downstream in China, a series of problems exist in the science and technology financial development, such as lack of investment and incentives, financing channels are too single, lack of proper financial support system for science and technology and so on. We should establish an effective science and technology financial incentives mechanism, deepen the reform of the financial market, improve public service platform and other measures to promote the healthy and rapid development of science and technology finance in Jilin Province.
