摘要
科技金融一直是国内经济理论界研究的一个重要领域。我国在《十三五规划纲要》中提出了要以实施创新驱动发展为战略目标,要求发挥科技创新的引领作用,增强自主创新能力,为经济社会的发展提供持续恒久的动力。"科技金融"实际上是由我国的经济体制、金融和科技的运行机制及创新体制相互作用而产生的一个新的领域,因此科技金融非常具有中国特色。在我国,虽然"科技金融"一词在经济发展的实践中被广泛和频繁地使用,但是长期以来在理论上,对于"科技金融"的概念却依然没有形成统一的定义。科技金融并不是简单的"科技+金融",即1+1=2的模式,而是两个不同领域相互融合、相互依赖,共同发展的一种新型创新模式。自主创新战略被纳入国家战略之后,关于科技金融领域的研究文献明显增多。
The Sci- tech Finance has always been an important field of China＇s economic theoretical research. In the 13 th Five- Year- Plan outline, China has put forward a strategic goal, aiming to expend the power of high technology and improves the capacity of self-innovation, in order to maintain the stability of social economy ultimately. With the development of economic system, finance and innovation mechanism, ＂Sci-tech Finance＂ has been built and developed. Thus, it is fair to say that ＂Sci-tech Finance＂ is equipped with Chinese features. However, ＂Sci-tech Finance＂ has been used widely and theoretically in the development of social economy, and it is still an abstract concept. ＂Sci-tech Finance＂ is not simply defined as ＂technology＂ and ＂finance＂; but a field combining these two different fields together and collaborating with each other, then forms a new developmental model. Since the capacity of self-innovation has been listed into the national development strategy, the quantities of the literature on ＂Sci-tech Finance＂ grow apparently.
