摘要
目的:探讨产前助产士门诊模拟分娩教育对于初产妇分娩方式和结局的影响。方法:将2014年9月~2015年11月我院接收的91例初产妇作为研究对象,随机分为观察组46例和对照组45例,观察组实施助产士门诊模拟分娩教育;对照组实施常规产前宣教。结果:两组初产妇在不同产程的时间、自然分娩率以及产后2 h出血量、新生儿Apgar评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对初产妇实施助产士门诊模拟分娩教育能够对其分娩方式和结局产生有效的积极影响。
Objective:To discuss the influence of antenatal outpatient simulated delivery education of midwives on delivery mode and delivery consequence of primiparae. Methods:Selected 91 primiparae admitted in our hospital from September 2014 to November 2015 as the research objects and they were equal- ly divided into 46 cases in the observation group and 45 cases in the control group, where primiparae in the observation group received outpatient simulated delivery education of midwives, and primiparae in the control group received the routine antenatal publicity and education. Results : Through comparison of primiparae in the two groups in terms of time of different stages of labor, spontaneous labor rate and bleeding amount 2 h after labor and newborns' Apgar scores, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Outpatient simulated delivery edueation of midsives for the primiparae had a posi- tive influence on the delivery mode and sequence of the primiparae.
