摘要
目的观察奥扎格雷联合依达拉奉治疗50例缺血性轻型脑卒中的疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年10月~2016年3月在我院进行治疗的缺血性轻型脑卒中患者100例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用奥扎格雷治疗,比较两组美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、临床疗效、不良反应及复发情况。结果与对照组治疗后1个月后比较,观察组NIHSS评分明显降低,ADL评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分较治疗前明显降低,ADL评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率较对照组明显提高,复发率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论奥扎雷格联合依达拉奉治疗缺血性轻型脑卒中效果确切,可恢复患者神经功能,提高日常生活能力,降低复发率,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of ozagrel combined with edaravone in treatment of light ischemic stroke in 50 cases. Methods 100 cases of light ischemic stroke treated in our hospital from October 2015 to March 2016 were selected. And they were divided into two groups by random number table, 50 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with edaravone, and patients in observation group were treated with ozagrel combined with edaravone. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS）, activity of daily living （ADL）, clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and recurrence of two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group after one-month treatment, NIHSS score of observation group was significantly decreased, and ADL score was significantly increased （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly increased, compared with control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）. There was no obvious adverse reactions in two groups between two groups. Conclusion Ozagrel combined with edaravone in treatment of light ischemic stroke has definite effects. It can recover nerve function, increase activity of daily living, and reduce the recurrence rate. It has no obvious adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
