摘要
子宫平滑肌瘤是女性生殖系统常见的良性肿瘤,其特征是平滑肌细胞的增殖,子宫多发肌瘤和特殊部位的肌瘤给女性的健康带来很大影响,严重影响其生活质量。尽管其病因和发病机制尚未明确,但一般认为它与雌激素的刺激密切相关,并涉及肌瘤细胞生理病理等机制。随着对雌激素作用的深入研究,一种新型雌激素受体—7次跨膜G蛋白偶联雌激素受体,其介导雌激素通过快速效应途径使靶细胞增殖,在子宫平滑肌瘤发生发展中发挥重要作用。
Uterine leiomyoma is a common benign tumor of the female reproductive system, which is characterized by smooth muscle cell proliferation. Multiple uterine fibroids and special location bring a great impact to female health, seriously affecting the quality of their life. Although the etiology and pathogenesis of uterine leiomyoma is unclear, it is generally believed to be closely related to estrogen stimulation and involves the physiological and pathological mechanisms of myoma cells. Recently, with the deepening of the study of the role of estrogen, a novel estrogen receptor-7-transmembrane G protein-coupled receptor emerges ,which mediates estrogen through the rapid effect pathway to proliferate the target cells and plays an important role in the development of uterine leiomyoma.
