摘要 目的探讨阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术与腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术在子宫肌瘤剔除术方面的应用。方法将75例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术43例(腹腔镜组)和阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术32例(阴式组),记录术中出血量,手术时间,术后肛门排气时间,术后住院时间,术后并发症。结果阴式组手术时间、术中出血量与术后排气时间显著少于腹腔镜组(P<0.05),而两组患者术后住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术是一种安全、微创的手术,应根据患者自身情况,严格掌握手术适应证及手术方式,以达到最佳治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of vaginal transvaginal myomectomy. Methods 75 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into 43 cases of surgery (laparoscopic group) and uterine fibroids vaginal myomectomy laparoscopic uterine myomectomy 32 patients (vaginal group), blood loss, operative time, postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complications were recorded. Results Compared with the laparoscopic group, patients in transvaginal group had significant reduction in operation time, amount of intraoperative bleeding, time of first flatus (P〈0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal myomectomy is a more safe and effective minimally invasive surgery than laparoscopic myomectomy, can be widely promoted according to the patient actual situation.
