摘要
目的调查分析高血压患者用药情况,以便指导合理使用抗压药。方法选取2013年2月—2016年3月来我院接受治疗的高血压患者120例作为研究对象,对其用药方案、使用情况及相关状况进行调查分析。结果 120例患者中,使用单片复方制剂者35例,用药依从率为85.71%(30/35),并发症率为8.57%(3/35)。使用多种抗压药物联合用药者85例,依从率为67.06%(57/85),出现并发症率为28.24%(24/85);患者在单片复方制剂的用药依从性高于联合用药(χ~2=4.328,P=0.037),且并发症发生率低于联合用药者(χ~2=3.195,P=0.048)。结论患者对单片复方制剂方案治疗的依从性较高,且并发症率较低。
Objective To study the investigation and analysis of drugs used in hypertensive patients, in order to guide the rational use of antihypertensive drugs. Methods 120 cases of hypertensive patients who were received treatment from February 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected. The drug use, the situation of using drug and the relevant circumstances were invested and analyzed. Results In 120 patients, 35cases were in the use of monotherapy, medication compliance rate of 85.71% （30/35） and complication rate of 8.57% （3/35）. 120 patients had 35 cases in using a variety of antihypertensive drugs, medication compliance rate of 67.06% （57/85） and complication rate of 28.24% （24/85）. Patients of medication compliance rate in the monotherapy compound was significantly higher than the combination of medication （χ2=4.328, P=0.037）, and the complication rate significantly lower than the combination of drugs （χ2=3.195, P=0.048）. Conclusion Patients of medication compliance rate were higher and the complication rate was lower in the monotherapy compound.
