摘要
目的探索PBL联合Paper Review教学模式在骨科临床规培中的应用效果。方法以56名在西安交通大学第二附属医院骨科进行临床规培的医师为研究对象,随机分为实验组(PBL联合Paper Review教学模式)和对照组(传统LBL教学模式),每组28名,对比不同组学生出科时的教学效果。结果实验组骨科考试成绩及对教学效果的满意度优于对照组。结论 PBL联合Paper Review教学模式值得在骨科临床医师规培中进一步推广应用,可能能够更好地培养出优秀的临床医师。
Objective To investigate the effect of applying PBL combined with Paper Review teaching method in the teaching of clinical resident physician in orthopaedics. Methods 56 clinical resident physicians in orthopedics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University were randomly divided into experimental group (PBL combined with Paper Review teaching mode group) and control group (traditional LBL teaching mode group),with 28 physicians in each group. Teaching effects of different groups were compared. Results The scores of orthopediccourseand satisfaction in experimental group was significant higher than that in the control group. Conclusion PBL combined with Paper Review teaching mode is worth to be promoted in teaching clinical resident physician, which may be able to producehigh level clinical physician.
