摘要
目的对胆囊结石患者术后护理对策进行分析。方法在本院于2006年1月—2017年2月行手术治疗的胆囊结石患者中任选80例,抽取其中40例,在术后给予综合护理,为观察组,另40例患者则结合常规护理模式护理,为对照组。针对护理效果间的差异性进行对比。结果观察组患者下床时间为(20.36±1.96)h,对照组为(45.25±1.95)h,观察组肠鸣恢复时间在(22.32±3.21)h,对照组为(48.25±1.49)h,且观察组的视觉模拟疼痛评分以及护理满意度均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具备统计学意义。结论针对胆囊结石术后患者实施有效护理对策,能帮助患者在术后尽快恢复。
Objective To analyze the postoperative nursing countermeasures of patients with cholecystolithiasis. Methods 80 cases of patients with cholecystolithiasis surgically treated in our hospital, from January 2006 to February 2017 were randomly selected, with 40 cases given comprehensive nursing in observation group and 40 cases given routine nursing in control group, the differences of nursing effect between groups compared. Results The time to ambulation of patients in observation group was （20.36 ±1.96） h versus the control group （45.25±1.95） h, the time to borborygmus restoration （22.32±3.21） h versus the control group （48.25±1.49） h, with superior analogue score and nursing satisfaction to control group, P 〈 0.05, the difference statistically significant. Conclusion Effective postoperative nursing methods for patients with cholecystolithiasis can facilitate the recovery time.
