摘要
目的研究慢性牙周炎患者经牙周基础治疗后,全冠修复患牙对牙周情况的影响。方法选择牙周健康者与慢性牙周炎患者为对照组及实验组,牙周炎患者部分经牙周基础治疗,部分患者依从性较差未完成治疗。对比各组在全冠修复前、修复后6个月及12个月的探诊深度(PD)和临床附着丧失(AL)2项指标。结果统计学分析,经牙周治疗的患者与对照组牙周情况在修复后6个月及12个月探诊深度和临床附着丧失均无显著性意义;未完成牙周治疗患者与经治疗牙周患者和对照组有显著统计学差异。结论牙周炎患者冠修复前需经良好的牙周基础治疗与口腔健康维护,全冠修复才能取得较好的效果。
Objective To study the effect of complete coronal restoration on periodontal condition after periodontal ba- sic therapy in patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods The periodontal heahhy patients and chronic periodontitis patients were selected as control group and experimental group. Some periodontitis patients were given periodontal basic treatment,and some patients with poor compliance did not finished treatment. The two indicators including probing depth （PD） and clinical attachment loss （AL） between the groups were compared before complete coronal restoration, at 6 months and 12 months after restoration. Results The statistical analysis showed that there were no sig- nificant differences in the probing depth and clinical attachment loss between the patients receiving periodontal treat- ment and the patients of the control group at 6 months and 12 months after restoration. There was statistically signifi- cant difference among the patients who did not complete periodontal treatment and those who completed periodontal treatment and the control group. Conclusion Complete coronal restoration can only achieve good results through good periodontal basic treatment and oral health maintenance in periodontitis patients before coronal restoration.
