摘要
首钢京唐公司在生产2~5mm厚度规格TRIP590板卷时,板卷中心位置附近出现了大量裂纹缺陷,通过对该缺陷宏观形貌、金相组织以及微观形貌进行分析,结果表明板卷表面裂纹是由板坯表面及皮下微裂纹造成的。通过将保护渣碱度由1.46增加到1.82、结晶器倒锥度提高到1.2%~1.3%、保证水口对中及浸入深度降低至110~150 mm等措施,板坯纵裂纹缺陷率由35%降低到5%以内,TRIP590热轧板卷裂纹得到有效控制。
In the production of 2 - 5 mm thickness TRIP590 hot rolled strip, a variety of surface crack defects were found nearby the central zone. According to the analysis of macroscopic morphology, metallurgical structure and microscopic morphology, the results show that the surface crack is induced by the micro-crack on and beneath the slab surface. In view of this, several measures such as increasing the basicity of mold flux from 1.46 to 1.82, raising the mold tapper to 1.2 % - 1.3 %, confirming ensuring the SEN centering and lowering the SEN depth to 110- 150 mm are taken. Consequently, the rate of longitudinal crack is diminished from 35 % to less than 5 % which indicates that the surface crack of TRIP590 hot rolled strip is effectively controlled.
