摘要
分别采用射流微弧氧化和普通微弧氧化处理在ZL101A表面获得了陶瓷膜层。对所获得的陶瓷层用扫描电镜进行形貌及结构观察;用X射线衍射仪对膜层相组成进行分析;研究了两种陶瓷膜层的表面粗糙度和绝缘电阻。结果表明:射流微弧氧化膜层的绝缘电阻较好,同时射流微弧氧化膜层的综合性能也优于普通微弧氧化膜层。
The ceramic coating was prepared on the surface of ZL101A by solution sprayed micro-arc oxidation and micro-arc oxidation processes, respectively. The morphology and structure of the obtained ceramic coatings were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The phase compositions of the coatings were analyzed by XRD. The surface roughness and insulation resistance of the ceramic coatings were studied. The results show that the insulation resistance of solution sprayed micro-arc oxidation coating is better. The comprehensive property of solution sprayed micro-arc oxidation coating is better than that of MAO coating.
