摘要
目的探讨中药联合西药恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化的疗效。方法将入组的病例随机分为对照组与治疗组:对照组单服用西药恩替卡韦抗乙型肝炎病毒治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加服中药复方活血化毒、软坚散结治疗。观察2组患者的肝功能(ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL、ALB、GLB)及乙型肝炎两对半的血清标志物(HBSGg、HBe Ag、HBVDNA)和患者腹部多普勒彩超治疗前后变化。结果与对照组相比,治疗组治疗48周后患者的肝功能各项结果明显改善(P<0.05)。其中肝功能(AST、AIb)显著改善(P<0.01),HBSAg浓度下降(P<0.01),患者脾脏厚度缩小(P<0.05)。结论中药复方联合西药恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化可有效改善患者的肝功能,促进肝功能恢复;患者乙型肝炎病毒含量减少,对乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)有一定的抑制作用,还能抑制肝纤维化及改善脾肿大程度。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect in the treatment of type B cirrhosis. Methods The patients of traditional Chinese medicine combined with entecavir were randomly divided into control and treatment group. The control group was treated by western medicine entecavir alone and the treatment group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine compound to promoting blood flow and detoxification and resolving hard lump that was based on the control group. The liver function （ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL, ALB, GLB）, serun marker of hepatitis B two pairs （HBSGg, HBeAg, HBVDNA） and the changes of abdominal Doppler color flow velocity mapping of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results Compared with the control group, after treatment 48 weeks, the liver function of the treatment group was significantly improved （P〈0.05） and the improvement ofAST, AIb in liver function was significant （P〈0.01）, the change of HBSAg concentration decline in hepatitis B two pairs was statistically significant （P〈0.01）; There was significant difference in the thickness of spleen of patients （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine of entecavir in treatment of chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis can effectively improve the liver function and promote the recovery of liver function; This method can reduce and inhibit the content of hepatitis B virus （HBV） and also can inhibit hepatic fibrosis and improve the degree of splenomegaly.
