摘要
以甘油/山梨醇为复配增塑剂,聚乙烯醇-魔芋葡甘聚糖共混体系为母液制备了包装膜,并对甘油用量、山梨醇用量对薄膜的力学性能和光学性能的影响进行了研究,结果表明复配增塑剂能与共混体系形成新的氢键作用,当甘油用量为0.3mL,山梨醇用量为0.1g时制得的包装膜性能最佳,此时拉伸强度可达8.0MPa,断裂伸长率在140%~160%之间;透光率达95%,雾度在4%~4.5%之间。
Sorbitol and glycerol used as the mixed plasticizer,poly(vinyl alcohol)-konjac glucomannan blend system for mother liquid packaging film was prepared. The glycerin and sorbitol dosages on mechanical properties and optical properties of films were studied. The results showed that the mixed plasticizer can form new hydrogen bonding and mixing system,when the glycerol dosage was 0.3mL and sorbitol dosage was 0. lg, the film performance was the best, the tensile strength at this time was 8.0MPa, elongation at break within the range of 140 % to 160 0%, light transmittance was 95 % and the fog degree between 4 % and 4.5 %.
