摘要
[目的]为了研究壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇复合膜成膜特性。[方法]配制不同比例4%的壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇混合膜液,以4%聚乙烯醇为对照。在每种膜液中分别加入0.1、0.2、0.4 g甘油,干燥成膜后,测复合膜透水性、水溶性、溶胀性、断裂伸长率。[结果]壳聚糖(w)∶聚乙烯醇(w)∶甘油(w)为4∶16∶1对成膜特性有明显提高。[结论]该研究可以为壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇复合膜在种衣剂上的应用提供依据。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study composite membrane characteristics of ehitosan-polyvinyl alcohol film. [ Method ] Differ- ent ratio of 4% chitosan polyvinyl alcohol mixed solution was prepared, 4% PVA as control. 0.1, 0.2 and 0.4 g glycerol was added to each of the membrane liquid. After drying, the membrane permeability, water solubility, swelling, rupture elongation of the composite membrane were measured. [ Result ] Film characteristics of ehitosan ( w ) : polyvinyl alcohol ( w ) : glycerol ( w ) of 4 : 16 : 1 were significantly improved. [ Conclusion] The research aimed to provide the basis for the application of chitosan-polyvinyl alcohol film in seed coating.
