竹材酚醇液化树脂为壁材相变微胶囊的制备与表征 被引量:1

摘要 以竹材酚醇液化树脂为壁材,石蜡为芯材,采用原位聚合法制备具有相变储能的微胶囊,研究芯壁比、pH值和乳化剂用量对微胶囊制备和性能的影响,利用扫描电镜、红外光谱、激光粒度仪和同步热分析仪对微胶囊的性能进行表征。结果表明:芯壁为1∶1,pH=5.5,乳化剂用量为10%时,制备的微胶囊性能较好,其相变热焓为83.49J/g,储能率为63.47%,粒径分布范围为4.4~399.4μm;微胶囊质地较硬,不团聚,具有良好的热稳定性,可以用来制备相变储能复合材料。 The phase change microcapsules for thermal energy storage with the liquefied bamboo in phenol and polyethylene glycol (LB-PPG) as wall materials and paraffin as core material were fabricated by in-suit polymerization. The effects of the mass ratio of core/wall,the value of pH and emulsifier dosage on the preparation and properties of microcap sules were investigated. And the prepared microcapsules were characterized by means of SEM,FT-IR,laser particle diameter analyzer,DSC and TG methods. The results showed that when the mass ratio of core/wall was 1:1 ,the value of pH was 5. 5 ,emulsifier dosage was 10% ,the best mierocapsules were obtained with phase change enthalpy of 83.49J/g,storage rate about 63.47% ,the particle size distribution range from 4.4 to 399.4μm, as well as had hard surface,without agglomeration,good thermal stability. The microcapsules can be used in the preparation of phase change energy storage composite materials.
