摘要
通过原位聚合法,制备以脲醛树脂为囊壁,十八烷为囊芯的相变储能微胶囊,并通过红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、粒径分析仪和差示扫描量热仪分别表征了其组成、结构形貌、粒径大小和热能存储性能。结果表明:脲醛树脂能够成功包覆十八烷,所制备的微胶囊具有良好的外观形貌和均一的粒径分布,平均粒径在3.4μm左右;且所制备微胶囊熔融热焓(ΔH_m)和结晶热焓(ΔH_c)分别高达89.82kJ/kg和91.54kJ/kg,具有优异的相变储热能力。
Phase change energy storage microcapsules were prepared successfully by in-situ polymerization that used urea formaldehyde as shell material and n-octadecane as core material.The component,structural morphology,particle size distribution and thermal energy storage property of microcapsules were characterized by FT-IR,SEM,particle size analyzer and DSC,respectively.The results indicated that the n-octadecane was encapsulated successfully by urea formaldehyde resin,the prepared microcapsules had good surface morphology and homogeneous particle diameter(the average particle diameter was -3.4μm),and the heat enthalpies of melting/crystallization(ΔHm and ΔHc)of microcapsules were respectively 89.82 kJ/kg and 91.54 kJ/kg,which demonstrated good thermal energy storage ability.
