小蜜蜂采集蜂遭遇危险刺激后发出停止信号 被引量:2

摘要 停止信号是一种能让蜜蜂舞蹈停止的抑制信号,已经发现东、西方蜜蜂遭遇危险刺激后都会产生停止信号。与营穴居的东、西方蜜蜂不同,小蜜蜂营露天生活,对于露天生活的蜜蜂遇危险刺激后是否也会产生停止信号目前尚无报道。本研究中,我们先训练小蜜蜂的采集蜂到饲喂器采集糖水,然后用镊子和黄金蚁模拟捕食危险刺激小蜜蜂,记录被攻击后的小蜜蜂回巢后的反应。结果显示,小蜜蜂采集时被危险刺激后,回巢后也会通过发出停止信号来警告同伴有采集危险。 Stop signal, is an inhibitory signal, which can stop stimulus both in the open-nesting species of Apis mellifera and Apis honey bee dancing. It can be triggered by threat cerana. Apis florea is a cavity-nesting specie and there is no evidence that Apis florea can produce stop signal when attacked by threat stimulus. In our research, we trained some Apis florea foragers to collect sucrose solution on feeder first, then attacked these bees by forceps and wave ant and recorded the behavior of attacked bees in nest. The result showed that Apis florea foragers can disseminate the dangerous information to nestmates by producing stop signals.
