摘要
目的:调查医务场所暴力对实习护生择业的影响,有针对性地对在读学生进行就业指导和培训,帮助其树立科学的择业观,提高自我保护意识。方法:通过问卷调查和访谈法,对某高等医学院校的300名护理专业实习生进行调查。结果:从事护理工作意愿、对现从事工作的满意程度、是否经历医务场所暴力、是否与患者发生冲突、是否目睹同伴或带教老师与患者发生冲突对实习护生的择业均有影响(P<0.05),而学历层次对实习护生的择业无影响(P>0.05)。结论:医务场所暴力会对实习护生的择业产生影响,实习护生的自我保护意识有待提高。
Objective： To investigate the effect of medical workplace violence on nursing students＇ career choice, provide guidance and training to students in obtain employment, help them establish a scientific concept of employment, and improve their awareness of self-protection.Method： Through questionnaires and interviews, 300 nursing students in a medical college were investigated.Result： The willingness to engage in nursing work, the satisfaction of being engaged in the work, whether or not to witness or experience medical workplace violence, whether the conflict with the patient, and whether to witness the conflict between fellow or clinical teacher and patients all had impacts on the employment of nursing students （ P〈0.05 ）, the level of education had no effect on the career choice of nursing students （ P〉0.05 ） .Conclusion： Medical workplace violence will have an impact on the career choice of nursing students, and the self-protection awareness of the nursing students need to be improved.
