摘要
长输天然气管道建设成本高,优化设计是降低投资最有效的方法,从设计方、建设方、外界因素等方面分析了设计质量影响因素,其中设计方影响因素包括设计院体制、项目管理模式、人员素质等,建设方影响因素包括招标方式、设计工期、设计审查人员专业水平等,外界因素包括对外协调与社会发展等,针对不同影响因素,提出了应对措施,以提高设计质量,缩短建设工期,节省投资。
The construction cost of long distance gas pipeline is high,and optimal design is the most effective way to reduce investment.Design quality influencing factors including design institute,construction square and external factor are analyzed.The influencing factors of design institute include design institute system,project management mode and designer quality,the influencing factors ofconstruction squareincludebidding mode,design duration and the professional level of drawing checker,the external factorsinclude external coordination and social development.According to different influencing factors,some countermeasures are put forward toimprove design quality,short the construction period and save investment.
